1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LuLuMe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LuLuMe is a mobile application and platform that helps families discover activities, events, classes, and venues for children. The Service includes AI-powered recommendations, booking capabilities, community features, and a marketplace for activity providers.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription terms:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings or device settings
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play policies
  • Price changes will be communicated in advance

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, photos, messages). By posting content, you grant LuLuMe a license to use, display, and distribute it within the Service.

You agree not to post content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Contains personal information of others without consent
  • Is spam, advertising, or promotional material
  • Is misleading or fraudulent

6. Community Guidelines

When using community features (groups, messaging), you agree to:

  • Treat other users with respect
  • Not harass, bully, or threaten others
  • Not share inappropriate content in family-oriented spaces
  • Report violations to our moderation team

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may include bookings with third-party activity providers. LuLuMe is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of third-party services. Disputes with providers should be resolved directly with them, though we may assist in facilitating resolution.

8. AI Recommendations

Our AI provides personalized recommendations based on your preferences and children's profiles. These recommendations are suggestions only. Parents and guardians are responsible for determining the suitability of any activity for their children.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF VENUE INFORMATION, AVAILABILITY OF ACTIVITIES, OR SUITABILITY OF RECOMMENDATIONS FOR YOUR FAMILY.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LULUME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time through the app or our web deletion page.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
